Morris Koo is the Founding Partner of OVI Ventures, a seed-stage investment firm focused on the drone industry — platforms, autonomy, components, and the defense and public-safety missions they serve.

Before OVI, Morris was employee #28 and Vice President of Strategy & Design at Brinc Drones, where he spent four years (2021–2025) helping build the company from early product into a scaled public-safety drone platform. Trained as an industrial designer, he previously held product and strategy roles at HP and Comcast.

Morris works at the intersection of US drone founders and Korean industry and capital — advising Korean component and manufacturing companies on US market entry, and helping US drone startups reach suppliers, partners, and strategic investors in Korea. He writes and speaks regularly on drones and physical AI, and mentors founders through programs on both sides of the Pacific.

He is based in Seattle and works across Seattle and Silicon Valley.
