OVI Ventures LLC ("OVI", "we") operates ovi.vc. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter (name, company, a description of what you build, a deck link, and your email). Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, to operate the site.

How we use it. We use form submissions to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to us by email.

Retention. We keep inquiries for as long as they are relevant to a potential investment or relationship, and delete them on request.

Your choices. To access, correct, or delete information you have sent us, email info@ovi.vc.

Not an offer. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Participation in any OVI investment vehicle is limited to accredited investors and by invitation only.
